We ship worldwide. Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want. Delivery takes between 10-14 business days depending on the size of the order. You will receive an e-mail from your account manager with a more precise window frame upon paying your invoice.

Customized orders cannot be returned as they have been personalized to your liking. However, if something arrives damaged or broken, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement.

We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Damaged products can be replaced within 30 days of receiving the delivery. To request a replacement, reach out to sales@sgvegas.com, and your account manager will be in contact with you. Please provide photo(s), any details regarding the damaged items, your account number, and the order number.
