What if you do not have something I want listed on your website?
Our website does not list every item we offer, so if you have something in mind that you do not see on our website, we would still love to help you! Please fill out our order form and describe what exactly you were thinking of, and our specialists will get in touch with you and ensure we have a solution!
How can I track the status of my order?
Once you fill out our order form, an account manager will get in contact with you and set you up with a free account. When you login to this account, you will be able to track all orders that you have placed, track loyalty rewards, update contact information, track order status, place new orders, and so much more. Additionally, your account manager will keep you in the loop about your order status, such as sending you emails when your order goes into production, goes into packaging & shipping, and when it is officially with the delivery carrier.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
When you place your order, your account manager will email you a detailed invoice. Within that email, it will include a link to pay with every major payment method accepted, such as AMEX, VISA, Discover, Mastercard, Apple Pay, etc..
What if I have my own products, but just need them embroidered/engraved?
If you have your own products already, we would still love to be of assistance! We request that you still fill out the order form to place the services you are in need of.
